The research shows that the stress corrosion sensitivity of 7075 aluminum plate and aluminum bar can be reduced by the step aging process. The hardness of 7075-T6 aluminum plate is about 150HB. The main alloy element of 7075 aluminum is zinc, which has high strength, good mechanical properties and anode reaction. It is mainly used to manufacture aircraft structures and other high stress structural parts with high strength and strong corrosion resistance, such as upper and lower wing panels, purlins, etc.

After solution treatment, it has good plasticity, good heat treatment strengthening effect, good strength below 150 ℃, especially good low temperature strength, poor welding performance and stress corrosion cracking tendency. 7075 t6 aluminum plate is also widely used in mold processing, mechanical equipment, tooling and fixture, etc
