Aluminum Jacketing For Ductwork
Aluminum Jacketing for ductwork is manufactured from wrought aluminum alloy 1050, 1060, 1100, 1200, 3003, 3105 or 5005 meeting ASTM standard B209 with an H14 H16 H24 or H26 temper. Aluminum jacketing cam be use for pipe and duct insulation,such as Corrugated aluminum roll jacketing,Polysurlyn moisture retarder aluminum roll jacketing. The properties of these aluminum alloys provide the required strength to resist in-service abuse, but can be easily fabricated and installed. The attractive mill finish maintains its sharp appearance, a necessity for any insulation project.
This is a lightweight malleable and corrosion resistant metal used as cladding on exposed rectangular or spiral duct. Apart from this, plain type is also widely used as air ducts in areas such as swimming pool clean rooms of sensitive/industrial films etc.

Inner diameter: 305mm, 405mm or 505mm with paper core or without core
Out diameter: 125m, 150m, 250m ,300m, 500m, 1000m, 2540m or according to coil weight
Quality standard: ASTM B209 EN573-1
